House Rules

These house rules apply to all visitors, users, tenants, and guests of Ranch Mackadam (hereafter: the Estate) and are an integral part of the contractual agreement between the event organizer and the estate manager.

PURPOSE OF USE

The property is used for private and business events, such as:

• Weddings
• Private parties
• Corporate events (team building, meetings, presentations)
  
  

GENERAL RULES OF USE

2.1. All facilities, buildings, and outdoor areas are to be used exclusively for the purposes and within the timeframes defined in the contract.
2.2. Users must treat the equipment, inventory, and surroundings with care and respect.
2.3. After the event, the estate must be left in the same condition as it was received – unless otherwise agreed in the contract (e.g., cleaning by the service provider).

MUSIC AND EVENTS

3.1. The use of music equipment, DJs, live bands, etc., is allowed without time restrictions.
3.2. Despite the freedom regarding music, the organizer is responsible for ensuring a respectful and safe execution of the event.
3.3. If other guests are staying overnight on the estate, their privacy should be respected.

OVERNIGHT STAYS AND NIGHTTIME QUIET

4.1. Accommodation is reserved exclusively for guests registered by the event organizer.
4.2. The organizer must inform the provider of the number of overnight guests no later than __ days before the event.
4.3. Upon agreement, additional accommodation (e.g., tents, campervans) may be arranged, if permitted by the provider.

KITCHEN AND FOOD

5.1. The estate includes a kitchen for shared or private use (depending on the agreement).
5.2. External catering and self-preparation of food and drinks are permitted.
5.3. After use, the kitchen must be cleaned and all equipment returned to its place.

PARKING AND ACCESS

6.1. Parking is only allowed in designated areas.
6.2. Vehicle access for unloading is permitted but vehicles must be moved to the parking area afterward.
6.3. For larger events, the organizer is advised to hire a parking attendant or traffic coordinator.

GREEN AREAS AND SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE ESTATE

7.1. The estate includes large grassy areas suitable for:

• Civil wedding ceremonies
• Tent setups and outdoor activities

7.2. Open fire (campfires, candles, torches) is only allowed with prior approval from the provider.
7.3. Pets are allowed with prior notice.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND LIABILITY

8.1. All guests are required to maintain cleanliness and respect the natural environment.
8.2. Pollution, damage to nature, littering, or destruction of plants is strictly prohibited.
8.3. The event organizer is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

SAFETY AND EMERGENCY MEASURES

9.1. Basic first-aid supplies are available on the estate.
9.2. In case of accidents, fire, or other hazards, immediately notify the staff or estate manager.
9.3. Emergency exits and fire extinguishers are available in the buildings.

VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS

10.1. Violation of house rules may result in the termination of the event or removal of guests without a refund.
10.2. In case of significant material damage, the costs will be charged to the organizer.
10.3. The provider reserves the right to refuse future collaboration in case of non-compliance.
